6th Challenge Cup - Girls' Inter School Football Tournament.03-Aug-2019

On 3rd August, 2019, Unison World School organised its 6th Challenge Cup - Girls' Inter School Football Tournament. Brigadier S P Singh, Group Commander, NCC Group HQ, Dehradun, was the honourable chief guest. Teams from six prestigious schools viz., Doon International School, Moravian Institute, The Asian School, Him Jyoti School, St. Jude's School and Unison World School enthusiastically participated in the tournament which was a league cum knock-out tournament. The six teams in each category were divided into two pools, A and B. Based on the result of the matches played the final standings in the tournament are: At 6th place is the team from St. Jude’s, followed by Doon International in the 5th place and The Asian School bagging the 4th place. The Winners of the Tournament was the Him Jyoti School football team with Unison World School bagging the 2nd place and the Moravian Institute in the 3rd place respectively. Ms Ganga Vyas of Him Jyoti School was adjudged the Best Player and Ms Kirti Kedia of Unison World School was judged the Best Goalkeeper. The Inter School Football Tournament was declared closed by the honorable chief guest followed by the National Anthem.
