Virtual Inter House Psychology Competition 09-Oct-2020

UWS Department of Social Science organized an Inter House Senior School Psychology Competition – The Psyche of Unison Poster/Painting Competition on October 9, 2020. The participants presented their Posters / Paintings on topics such as - Happy Classroom, Mental Health Awareness, Family Bonding during Covid-19 times, Healthy Mind & Healthy Body, Overcoming social stigma in Mental Health Care, Happy online learning during Covid-19 and beyond, Celebrating adolescence in changing times and 21st Century Skills for young minds. Six students from each House participated in the competition. The Fine Arts Department judged the competition. Orchid House emerged as overall champion with 268 points. Daffodil House stood second with total of 261 points, while third place was bagged by Tulip House with 246 points and Jasmine House totaled to 214 to stand fourth. It was a good learning experience for the students as it gave them an opportunity to enhance their creative skills while competing.
